In the spirit of the Internet, I want to share my experience as a photographer so every month I post a collection of my most interesting images shot in the previous 28 days as well as a detailed description of how some of the images were shot. I also indulge myself and ramble on for a few paragraphs in a section called "opinions" about anything that has made me think about photography in the past four weeks. I hope that you bookmark the site and come back again.
I have started doing a few live technique seminars which kicked off with one on Sunday September 18th on board The SS Robin in London's Docklands. 35 photographers, both professionals and advanced amateurs came along and the the two hour session stretched to just over three hours raising quite a lot of money for the photographic and arts charity.

Winter has arrived and the season of mists and mellow fruitfulness has given way to another season of mists but this time combined with some biting winds and icy roads! I have added the usual nine new images so that everyone can see what I've been up to.

If you want to indulge in a little bit of time travel and look at the monthly galleries of my pictures starting from February 2000 right up to last month just click here.
If you have a decent Internet connection, and you are interested in portraiture then this link takes you to a slideshow with over sixty portraits which demonstrates just how wide I believe the scope of the portrait is. You will also need a "Quick Time" compatible plug in to view it.
I'm going to add a page about using an HP iPaq and Pocket phojo as soon as I've had a chance to do more than three jobs with it. The On-Test section now features the Lastolite Umbrella Box light modifier. The Lumedyne Signature Series flash equipment arrived in the UK at the beginning of 2003 and I've been using it ever since. In September 2002 I upgraded to the EOS1D and got the new Canon 16-35 and in May 2004 my first EOS1D MkII arrived. The equipment pages have been updated.
